Vineyards

The Ried Höchtemmel is a very small vineyard with a south-southeast orientation on narrow, non-trafficable terraces with purely manual cultivation and is protected from the west by the Demmerkogel.

Vinification

Spontaneously fermented in large used 500 l wooden barrels for about 3 months. Matured for 18 months in large used 500 l wooden barrels. 14 months on the full yeast.
